Raid Shadow Legends Reviews: Is It As Good As The Ads Say?

Raid Shadow Legends Review: Over the last many months, I came through numerous different mobile game announcements. One of these games specifically got showed me over and over again, and some YouTubers I watched also made a financed video about it. It's called Raid Shadow Legends,

which is available on Android and iOS>> PC PLAY.

The advertisements showed us a turn-grounded gatcha game, in which we can get numerous important titleholders to explore the crusade, fight heads, win PvP battles, and more.

There are other outstanding gatcha games out there, that also partake numerous parallels to this game, like Summoners War, One Piece Treasure voyage, or The Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross. So let’s take a near look at this game and see if it can catch up with these stupendous games.

How is the gameplay of Raid Shadow Legends?

After completing the tutorial, you have to play the crusade a bit, to unlock new game modes like PvP, but also the training hole, or the request on your bastion. To unleash the request, you have to reach position 15, but this can be reached veritably snappily.

As I mentioned, the game is turn-grounded, so depending on how presto your units are, you can get the first turn. To attack an opponent, you have to choose a skill and valve on the adversary that you want to attack.

However, your champion will automatically attack with his standard skill, If you don’t select a skill. still, your units will use their chops automatically and attack different adversaries, but you can also concentrate on the attacks of your units by tapping on an adversary If you use the bus mode.

But unlike in Summoners War, you can’t change the settings on which adversary you want to concentrate automatically. By clearing a stage in the crusade or in dungeons, you'll unleash the coming stage, which is( utmost of the time) a bit more grueling to clear.

Raid Shadow Legends also offers the point to play the crusade in four different difficulties; Normal, Hard, Brutal, and Agony. By unleashing further stages, your titleholders also get further Exp if you clear a stage successfully.

Note To unleash the hard difficulty in the crusade, you have to clear the crusade on the normal difficulty. The same goes on to unlock all the other difficulties. When you completed a region in the crusade, you can go to the coming region.

But completing every stage in a region gets you further stars, which can give you some decent prices if you reach a set quantum of them. prices could be gray, Gems, Ancient Shards, or Void Shards. These shards can be used to summon new titleholders in the gate. And that's it for the crusade.

Besides getting some outfits and Exp husbandry for your titleholders, this mode doesn’t have a real purpose. still, after playing a while, dungeons get uncorked so you can cultivate evolving material, outfit, and vestiges, to power up titleholders.

This is needed at some point, as your opponent’s situations increase over time in the crusade. You’ll also need stronger titleholders to stand a chance in the arena. Note You can make your titleholders stronger by adding their stars, leveling their chops, or equipping them with decent gear that you can cultivate in dungeons.

In Summoners War, there's a clear ranking system in place, so new players can face opponents with analogous strengths. still, when I joined the arena with some stopgap of new mechanics, I got enough disappointed when I saw the opponents that I could face.8/10 people were too important( maxed titleholders!), so I had to refresh my list for some better luck.

After chancing a suitable opponent and joining the battle, I realized that I play against a( not that smart)A.I'm from the game. Sure this system also takes place in Summoners War, but they offer the Live Arena for real-time arena battles, which Raid doesn’t have.

Gameplay Conclusion:

For me, Raid Shadow Legends doesn’t feel like a game that the inventors play by themselves, and is incomplete. It doesn’t integrate unique gameplay mechanics, but it shares a lot of parallels to Summoners War and other gotcha games. Battles are also not veritably instigative or grueling, as you only have to overpower your adversaries.

The whole crusade could be cleared in bus mode if your titleholders are strong enough. It's simply growing your figures. Getting Exp for titleholders also takes a long time if you’re not strong enough to play on hard difficulty. Sure there's the training hole to get some Exp, but we've only one of five places available in the morning.

And to unleash another niche, we've to pay an extreme quantum of gems. There isn't important to do. In the first hours, I only played the crusade, some dungeons, and many arenas match.

How does the Raid Shadow Legends Game look?

To make sure people don’t quit the game after many days, Raid Shadow Legends has to look serviceably good. And it looks not that bad in fact of character designs and menus.

still, it can’t compete with the outstanding plates of The Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross. During a fight in the campaign or dungeon, the background also looks veritably nice and colorful.

The robustness of each character is also well done, so we've commodity to look at. What I like the utmost are the voice-acted story sequences, but they don’t appear that often during the crusade.

In the settings, we can also change the overall graphic quality and FPS rate, on how the game runs on your smartphone. Depending on which visual quality you play with, the game can drain your battery faster.

Raid Shadow Legends are heavily Monetized!

Also’s presumably one of the most significant excrescencies of this “ free ” mobile game by Plarium. Whenever I started the game, the game throws about one, over to five pop-ups to my face, that offer me some kind of package to buy.

This is a huge no-go for me. However, that's entirely okay, but up to five in a row. If it’s only one. This not only happens by starting the game but also after clearing a dungeon or arena battle, you could come across these pop-ups.

The prices vary considerably between the packages. Some only bring numerous bucks, but some are more ultra-expensive. Packages are not the only option to spend capital on the game, as we can buy gems, tableware outfits, and vestiges too.

Gems can be collected for free by completing operations, the battle pass, or in-game prices( login prerequisite), but it takes a while to reach a decent number. unleashing the Mine costs 500 gems, but it generates only one gem every 4 hours, and 48 beats one position one.

After one day( and two beats), it reaches its maximum capacity, so it takes about 100 days, so it pays itself off. But you could buy some gem packages to unlock it hastily. Speaking of the shop, also you can buy indeed further packages with energy, tableware, outfit and further, for the real capitalists.

You can also find quotidian packages, limited special offers, raid cards, and regular packages. Seeing this amount of openings to get your capitalist, I feel like this is the only job of the game.

IS Raid Shadow Legends worth spending money on?

Spending Plutocrat in Raid enables you to get much better titleholders and outfits than others, so you can clear dungeons briskly and reach advanced rankings in PvP. still, as I don’t see important long-term eventuality in the game( at least for myself),

I wouldn’t recommend spending a song on this game. Plarium spends a massive quantum of plutocrats to market this game with advertisements and colorful YouTubers ( they paid enough well), to reach as numerous people as possible. But reaching numerous people doesn’t mean that the game is worth playing.

Raid Shadow Legends Reviews conclusion:

So is Raid a game that you have to play? No, it’s not. It doesn’t offer unique mechanics or overall long-term eventuality, packages are way too precious, and the gameplay does not hook.

However, I largely recommend taking a look at The Seven Deadly Sins Grand Cross, One Piece Treasure voyage, If you're looking for excellent games that you can play for some time.
